/'~ ~'1 <br />property described in Article 1, Section 7 hereof and each lot <br />thereof is hereby subjected to the covenants, restrictions, <br />conditions, reservations, and charges hereby declared to insure <br />the best use and the most appropriate development and <br />improvements of each building site thereof; to protect the owners <br />of the building sites against such improper use of suzrounding <br />building sites as will depreciate the value of their property; to <br />preserve, so far as practicable, the natural beauty of said <br />property and each building sites to guard against the erection <br />thereon of poorly designed or proportioned structures and <br />^tructures built of improper or unsuitable materiaisi to obtain <br />harmonious color schemes; to insure the highest and best <br />development of said property; to encourage and secure the <br />erection of attractive homes on each building site, with <br />appropriate locations on each building ester to prevent the <br />haphasard and inharaonious improvement of building sites; to <br />secure and maintain property setbacks from streets, and adequate <br />free spaces between structures; to provide for the use and <br />occupation of each building site to enhance and be compatible <br />with the surrounding building sites; and in general to provide <br />adequntely for a high type quality improvement of said property, <br />and thereby to enhance the values of investments made by <br />purchaser of building sites herein. <br />ARTICLE III <br />LOT USb <br />Section 1. Residential Use.
