Ownership of each individual lot <br />within the subdivision shall be entitled one (1) vote. <br />Section 3. Consent. Acceptance by an owner o! title to any <br />of the proper es encum red b this Declaration of Covenants, <br />Conditions and Restrictions shall constitute, on the part of each <br />owner, nn agreement to be bound by the provisions o! these <br />Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions.
