11.01.35 <br />P129-019 <br />realestl-370 ~ ~ <br /> 2.2.2 Remove any curbs and gutters on the <br /> easterly line of Parcel E which are not consistent with <br /> Warren's preliminary site development plan for Parcel B, <br /> <br /> which plan was approved by the City on September 26, 1984; <br /> and <br /> <br /> ~2.2.3 Install asphalt paving over Parcel E. <br /> <br /> !'~.3 Landscaping. All landscaping in the Landscape <br />Easement shall be installed and maintained by Hacienda in a <br />workmanlike manner and in accordance with plans prepared by <br />POD, Inc. and approved by the City. No identification signs <br />installed on the Landscape Easement by Hacienda shall adversely <br />affect the number or size of signs permitted by the City for <br />Warren's proposed building on Parcel B, or block the visibility <br />with building identification signs approved by the City. <br />Prudential, Hacienda and Warren hereby approve the preliminary <br />site development plan approved by the City Planning Commission <br />on September 26, 1984.
