Upon accepting such conveyance, Hacienda shall <br />commence the installation of landscaping and signs and <br />thereafter maintain same, exercising reasonable care to avoid <br />damage to Parcel F or to the property adjacent to Parcel F and <br /> <br />to all improvements and landscaping that may be located <br />therein. Hacienda shall perform all installation and <br /> <br />maintenance work in the Landscape Easement in a timely manner <br />so as not to unreasonably interfere with Warren's use of <br />Parcel F. <br /> <br /> ARTICLE <br /> <br /> COVENANTS <br /> <br /> A_~.i Costs. In consideration of certain monies which <br />the parties anticipate Warren will expend to modify <br />improvements located on Warren's real p~operty adjacent to <br />Parcel A-l, Prudential shall pay to Warren Twenty-Five Thousand <br />and no/100ths Dollars ($25,000.00).~ <br /> <br /> ~.~.2 Parking Area.
