plans will be prepared based on information provided by City inspection <br />staff. "As-built" conditions will be indicated on the "original" drawings <br />and delivered to the City. <br /> <br />Coordination with Deleuw-Cather Co. during the design process will be <br />provided by periodic meetings to review progress and insure compatibility <br />of plans. It is understood that the City's desire is to have the combined <br />roadway plans assembled as one package for bidding and construction pur- <br />poses. <br /> <br />Specifications will be prepared as follows: <br />Standard Conditions will be as indicated within the City of Pleasanton's <br />Standard Specifications. <br /> <br />Special provisions will be prepared for the appropriate items of work and <br />will include those sections prepared by Deleuw-Cather for items peculiar <br />to their portion of the plans. Special provisions will follow the <br />Caltrans format. <br /> <br />Specifications will be combined, organized and printed by the City of <br />P1 easanton. <br /> <br />Fifty (50) sets of plans will be provided to the City after final review <br />and checking has been completed. <br /> <br />Field surveying as requested by Deleuw-Cather, to locate the Valley Avenue <br />centerline and set a nail and shiner at this location, is included in the <br />proposed fee. <br /> <br />It is understood that soils engineering is being provided by Deleuw-Cather <br />and adequate information will be provided to prepare roadway structural <br />design sections. <br /> <br />Preparation of environmental documents, displays or appearance at related <br />hearings or meetings is not considered as part of this contract. <br /> <br /> <br />
