1. Unrestricted use by the Chief of Police of a vehicle furnished <br /> by the City, provided the Chief of Police licenses said vehicle <br /> and pays for any gasoline related to the personal use thereof. <br /> <br /> 2. During the term of this document the following positions shall <br /> receive an automobile allowance: Director of Public Works and <br /> Utilities, Assistant to the City Manager, Director of Inspection <br /> Services, Director of Planning and Community Development, <br /> Director of Parks and Community Services, and Director of <br /> Finance. The monthly automobile allowance shall be $150 per <br /> month and payment of 21 cents per mile for all miles traveled <br /> on City business outside the Livermore/Amador Valley. For said <br /> automobile allowance and mileage reimbursement employees shall <br /> use their personal vehicles for City business. <br /> <br />K. Retirement System. All management employees shall be members of <br /> the State Public Employees Retirement System (PERS). <br /> <br /> <br />
