D. Long Term Disability. Fully paid premiums for long term disability <br /> insurance. <br /> <br />E. Seven days administrative leave per fiscal year not to be taken in <br /> conjunction with annual vacation and to be reimbursed twice each <br /> year, January and July, if not taken. <br /> <br />F. Vacation. <br /> <br /> 1.One (1) through four (4) years of continuous service - <br /> ten (10) vacation days. <br /> 2.Five (5) through ten (10} years of continuous service - <br /> fifteen (15) vacation days. <br /> 3.Eleven (11) through eighteen (18) years of continuous <br /> service twenty (20) vacation days. <br /> 4.Nineteen (19) years of continuous service and more <br /> twenty-five (25) vacation days. <br /> 5. Payment of up to five (5) days accumulated vacation, said <br /> payment to be made at the end of the calendar year provided <br /> the employee's current year's vacation entitlement has been used <br /> and provided that the total amount of accumulated vacation <br /> is in excess of twenty (20) days. <br /> <br />G. Payroll deduction for employees wishing to join and participate in <br /> City and County Credit Union. <br /> <br />H. Holidays. <br /> 1. The holidays are as follows: <br /> <br /> a. January 1st. <br /> b. The third Monday in February, known as "Washington Day". <br /> c. The last Monday in May, known as "Memorial Day" <br /> d. July 4th. <br /> e. The first Monday in September, known as "Labor Day". <br /> f. The eleventh day of the eleventh month, known as <br /> "Veterans Day" <br /> g. Thanksgiving Day. <br /> h. The Friday following Thanksgiving Day. <br /> i. Christmas Eve Day. <br /> j. December 25th. <br /> <br /> 2. Effective March 1, 1982, Admission Day and the two (2) hours <br /> between 1:00 p.m., and 3:00 p.m., on Good Friday shall be <br /> eliminated as holidays. In exchange for the elimination of these <br /> two days as holidays the annual vacation entitlement of manage- <br /> ment personnel shall be increased by twelve (12) hours. <br /> <br />I. Uniform Allowance. A uniform allowance of $225 per year will be paid <br /> those fire department management employees required to wear a uni- <br /> form. A uniform allowance of $400 per year will be paid those police <br /> department management staff required to wear a uniform. <br /> <br />J.
