EXHIBIT B <br /> <br />For the period commencing October 1, 1985 and ending September 30, 1986, the <br />salary ranges and supplementary benefits for confidential employees shall be <br />as follows: <br /> <br />I. Salary Ranges. The following salary ranges are effective October 1, <br /> 1985, and shall include the indicated percentage of salary to be paid <br /> toward employee's share of retirement cost. <br /> <br /> Salary % to <br /> Position Range Retirement <br /> <br /> Executive Secretary/Deputy City Clerk $2032 - 2641 0 <br /> Secretary to City Attorney 1807 - 2350 7 <br /> Personnel Assistant 1689 - 2051 7 <br /> <br /> City Manager is authorized to exceed the salary ranges indicated by a <br /> maximum of five percent (5%) for outstanding performance by individual <br /> confidential employees. <br /> <br />II. Supplementary Benefits. <br /> <br /> A. Medical. Fully paid premiums for either the City Blue Cross Plan or <br /> the Kaiser "S1" Plan with optical and prescription drug options. <br /> Medical benefits include a post-retirement medical benefit of premium <br /> contributions up to $150 per month for two years after retirement. <br /> <br /> B. Dental. Fully paid premiums for dental insurance. <br /> <br /> C. Life Insurance. Fully paid premiums for life insurance with a value <br /> equal to twice the annual salary of the employee. Additional life <br /> insurance coverage to be available at the expense of the employee. <br /> <br /> D. Long Term Disability. Fully paid premiums for long term disability <br /> insurance. <br /> <br /> E. Vacation. <br /> <br /> 1. One (1) through four (4) years of continuous service - ten (10) <br /> vacation days. <br /> 2. Five (5) through ten (10) years of continuous service - fifteen <br /> (15) vacation days. <br /> 3. Eleven (11) through eighteen (18) years of continuous service - <br /> twenty (20) vacation days. <br /> 4. Nineteen (19) years of continuous service and more - twenty-five <br /> (25) vacation days. <br /> <br /> F. Payroll deduction for employees wishing to join and participate in <br /> City and County Credit Union. <br /> <br /> G. Holidays. <br /> <br /> 1. The holidays are as follows: <br /> <br /> <br />
