If necessary, explore scope modifications with Staff to conform estimate to <br />budget. <br />1.18 Staff Review Meeting/Work Session <br />Meet with Staff to review preliminary concepts and collaborate on design changes and <br />refinemen[s. Review the architectural package and consider alternatives for the Stadium <br />component. <br />1.19 Preferred Concept <br />Prepare preferred concept plan with illustrative drawings as necessary to convey the site <br />organization, design program, and architectural character. <br />1.20 Public Meeting #1 <br />Present the schematic design concepts in a public meeting before the Parks and Recreation <br />Commission. <br />1.21 Revisions <br />Revise drawings as necessary to incorporate Commission and City Staff direction. <br />1.22 Public Meeting #2 <br />Present the preferred concept in a public meeting before the Parks and Recreation Commission. <br />1.23 Additional Staff Meetings <br />Allow for up to two additional meetings/work sessions with City Staff. <br />1.24 Artist Coordination <br />Provide up to 20 hours of coordination with City's public art consultant. <br />2.0 Design Development <br />2.01 Site Plan <br />Prepare and disxribute initial site plan to be used as a base by all disciplines. <br />2.02 Design Development Drawings <br />Prepare drawings to the 30% complete level: <br />• Landscape <br />o Cover sheet <br />o Site grading plans <br />o Site layout and materials plans <br />o Planting plans <br />o Irrigation plans <br />
