In addition, other parents may remain in the room <br />containing the bounce structure. If the parents choose to drop their child off, they may <br />meet them after the party in the lobby. <br />In response to an inquiry by Commissioner Pearce regarding how the applicant intended <br />to control the children leaving the party if the layout were to be flipped around, <br />Ms. Nguyen replied that the children may not leave without the parent. She noted that <br />the children would have colored tags indicating which party they were attending. <br />In response to an inquiry by Chairperson Fox with respect to the use of waivers, <br />Ms. Nguyen replied that the parent must sign a waiver to allow the child to participate. <br />In response to an inquiry by Chairperson Fox regarding the number of employees on-site <br />during parties, Ms. Nguyen replied that there would be six employees: two staff <br />members per party, one staff member in the front, and one staff member to oversee the <br />entire operation. <br />Chairperson Fox noted that the worst-case parking scenario would be 46 parking spots if <br />every parent stayed. Ms. Nguyen noted that they had addressed that issue with Ms. Soo, <br />which resulted in a parking study similar to Pump It Up's pazking study. The parking <br />study concluded that was very unlikely and that the parking would be sufficient for the <br />proposed use. <br />In response to an inquiry by Commissioner Blank with respect to serving refreshments <br />on-site, Ms. Nguyen replied that they ordered the cake, and a staff member picked it up <br />prior to the party; the cake was stored in the refrigerator. She added that party <br />reservations were normally made two to three months in advance.
