Commissioner Cooper requested that on page 11, Roll Call Vote, the motion be amended to read, "seconded by Commissioner Roberts." Commissioner Cooper requested that page 12, under Matters initiated by Commission members, that sentence be amended to read , " ... access to the Augustine Bernal Park, to include examination relating to parking on Longview Drive." Commissioner Sullivan requested that page 7, pazagraph 2, be amended to read, " ... and expressed his concern with the 1998 Base Line Traffic Report and the build out of General Plan land use. He stated that to mitigate traffic issues, circulation elements of the General Plan may need to be modified ..." Commissioner Sullivan requested that page 7, pazagraph 3, be amended to read, "He spoke in favor of exploring mixed-use development in other locations ..." Commissioner Sullivan requested that page 7, pazagraph 3, be amended to read, "He suggested that the Planning Commission conduct a workshop on density bonus and amenities issues and obtain community input on the amenity issue." Chairperson Kumaran requested that page 3, paragraph 5, be amended to read, "Chairperson Kumazan stated that this business appears not to pose a threat to the public's health, safety and welfare ..." In response to an inquiry by Commissioner Kameny, the Chairperson requested that page 2, item No. 4, be amended to read, "Mr. Iserson stated that item 6C will be continued to the October 14, 1998, __ Planning Commission meeting. On order of the Chairperson, the minutes of September 23, 1998 aze approved, as amended. 3.
