Draft Supplemental Environmental Impact Report (EIR) for Oak Tree Farm. Phase III <br />(SCH #97092040), a development plan proposal to construct 13 new residential lots on an <br />approximately 13.5-acre portion of a 40-acre hillside site. A previous EIR evaluating the impacts <br />of 68 lots on the entire 91-acre Oak Tree Farm site was prepared and certified (SCH #90030991), <br />although only 38 lots were approved under the project's vesting tentative tract map. A <br />development plan application bas been filed (PUD-97-0). This hearing is for the draft <br />supplemental EIR only. <br />Kerri Watt, Associate Planner, referenced the Draft Supplemental Environmental Impact Report for a <br />Proposed Planned Unit Development, Oak Tree Farm Phase III, dated July 29, 1998, and highlighted <br />PLANNING COMMISSION MINUTES Page 10 July 29, 1998 <br />
