In the event that the proposed 58 retail parking spaces do not meet the parking
demand generated by the commercial tenants' employees and customers, as
determined by the Director of Planning and Community Development, the
applicant shall designate some of the 222 surface parking spaces at the rear of
the site for employee parking. The exact number and location of the commercial
parking spaces in the 222-space parking lot would be subject to the review and
approval by the Director of Planning and Community Development.
18. The tandem parking stalls shall be assigned to the same unit as the parking
space in front of the tandem space.
20. At least one covered parking space shall be provided per unit.
21. The parking/storing of boats, campers, recreational vehicles, and trailers on site
or in any parking space shall be prohibited. In addition, the storage of materials
in the parking spaces shall be prohibited. The applicant/property manager shall
be responsible for enforcing these restrictions, which shall be stated clearly in all
leases.
22. Prior to occupancy, the applicant shall submit details of the after hours parking
for the review and approval by the Director of Planning and Community
Development.
23.
