so that the allocation for 1984 should have been for 48 units rather <br />than 49 and such correction is hereby made by this Sixth Addendum. <br /> <br /> Provided, further, that of the 48 units allocated in 1984, 15 <br /> <br />of said allocated units cannot currently by utilized because they are <br />part of Ponderosa's model complexes and will not be utilized until <br />such model complexes are no longer required. The 15 lots are: lots <br />1, 2, and 4 through 11 of Tract 5224; and lots 21, 25 through 27, and <br />30 of Tract 5163. By this Sixth Addendum said allocation is reduced <br />to 33 units. <br /> <br /> Provided, further, by this Sixth Addendum 1 unit erroneously <br />allocated and the 15 units not subject to utilization as afore- <br />described are allocated for 1984 as follows: 6 units to Parcel B of <br />Parcel Map 4459; and 10 units to Tracts 5257 and 5281. <br /> <br /> As a result of the foregoing 10 unit allocation, the allocation <br /> <br />of 69-units made for 1986 pursuant to the Fifth Addendum to Tracts <br />5257 and 5281 is excessive and is amended by'this Sixth Addendum to <br />be an allocation of 59 units. <br /> <br /> Finally, pursuant to this Sixth Addendum there is allocated, <br /> <br />for 1986, 13 units to Parcel C of Parcel Map 4459 and, for 1989, 15 <br />units, 1 each, to the following lots: lots 1, 2, and 4 through 11 <br />of Tract 5224; and lots 21, 25 through 27, and 30 of Tract 5163. <br /> <br /> The parties covenant and agree that the aforesaid schedule of <br />growth management approval utilization shall apply and the prov- <br />isions for the issuance, utilization, and expiration of growth man- ' <br />agement approval, building permits, and sewer permits as described <br />in the Long-Term Agreement shall be determined in accordance with the <br />schedule set forth in this paragraph and as illustrated on Exhibit <br />"B" attached hereto. <br /> <br /> 3 <br /> <br /> <br />
