5. Pursuant to the Long-Term Agreement, as amended, 460 units <br /> <br />are scheduled for utilization during the period 1986 through 1989 <br />with actual scheduling to be reviewed in 1985 with actual build out <br />to take place in approximately equal increments. By this Sixth <br />Addendum, such units are scheduled as follows, to be allocated to <br />specific property by subsequent addenda: for 1986 - 115 units; for <br /> <br />1987 - 115 units; for 1988 - 115 units; and for 1989 - 115 units. <br /> <br /> 6. Notwithstanding any subsequent conveyance of the Property, <br /> <br />Ponderosa will remain liable and responsible for the public needs and <br />obligations expressed in paragraph III.B of the Long-Term Agreement. <br />The growth management fees expressed in paragraph III.A of the Long- <br />Term Agreement in connection with the issuance of any building <br />permits will be the obligation of the person who is the then owner <br />of the subject property at the time of issuance of said building <br />permits. <br /> <br /> 7.
