Our present workload is busy, but we <br />anticipate no pr&lem in performing the work according to the <br />~ollowing approximate schedule: <br /> <br /> Authorization to proceed May 1, ] 985 <br /> Completion o~ Plans {or First Submittal to <br /> City May 29, 1985 <br /> Submittal of P]_ans with Final Changes for <br /> City approval June 12, 1985 <br /> Receive Bids July 5, 1985 <br /> Sign Contract and Authorize Construction July 10, 1985 <br /> <br />This schedule should allow {or the setting of the lights <br />sometime in mid-September. However, delivery o~ materials <br />could impose a serious delay. We might explore the <br />possibi]ity of ~he City ordering the poles, or any other <br />critical equipment items, at an earlier date i~ your <br />mid-September date is critical. <br /> <br />We are prepared to proceed immediately with the work upon your <br />authorization and direction to proceed.
