Design Items 1 through 7 <br /> Maximum Fee $19,000 <br />2. Design Item 8 <br /> Maxim~ Fee 800 <br /> <br /> Total Maximum Fee $19,800 <br /> <br />~e propose that our work be performed on a time-and-materials <br />basis according to the attached fee s~edule up to, but not <br />exceeding, the above quoted maximg amo~ts. If construction <br />staking is desired, we will provide it for an additional <br />$3,500. <br /> <br />To support our in-house engineering staff, we have engaged the <br />services of Ken Art~mian of AKA, Inc. and Frank Boyd, <br />electrical engineer, both of iota worked with our team on the <br />previous project. Mr. Boyd, now an independent consultant, <br />was an employee of Sullivan Engineers when he designed the <br />electrical system for the original complex in 1983. <br /> <br />The design work included in this proposal includes the <br />preparation of plans, specifications and estimate for the <br />facilities outlined in your RFP. Also included is the <br />performance of an "as-built" topo survey to support our design <br /> <br /> <br />
