including, but not limited to, landscaping public areas, park improvements, sound wall, widening of adjacent streets, or underground existing utilities. The district shall include the acquisition of stor. m drainage improvements and appurtenances and underground telephone, gas, and electric facilities already constructed. Rough grading of Embarcadero Court and the park site will be reimbursed from district funds. This district also includes the acquisition of right-of-way and street improvements for one half the public street adjacent to Fire Station No. 2 including storm drainage, water mains, underground electric, telephone, and gas, grading, paving, curbs and gutters. The Resolution of Intention was later amended. 3. The Engineer of Work filed the report as directed, and the City Council called a hearing on the report as required by Section 10301 of the Streets and Highways Code. Notice of the hearing was given by publication, by street posting and by mailing to affected property owners, all according to the Municipal Improvement Act of 1913.
