RESOLUTION NO. 85-124 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING REPORT AND ASSESSMENT <br /> AND ORDERING IMPROVEMENT <br /> <br /> ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 1984-2, STONERIDGE BUSINESS CENTER <br /> <br /> The City Council of the City of Pleasanton resolves: <br /> <br /> This Council has taken a series of actions preliminary to <br />ordering the improvement in Assessment District No. 1984-2, <br />Stoneridge Business Center, City of Pleasanton, Alameda County, <br />California, and now makes the following findings and orders: <br /> <br /> 1. The Council adopted a map showing the boundaries of <br />the land benefited by the proposed improvement. A copy of the <br />boundary map was filed in the office of the County Recorder of the <br />County of Alameda in the Book of Maps of Assessment Districts. <br /> <br /> 2. The Council adopted its Resolution of Intention to <br />order the improvement described therein under .the Municipal <br />Improvement Act of 1913, and directed MACKAY & SOMPS, Civil <br />Engineers, as the Engineer of Work for the assessment district, to- <br />prepare the report required by Section 10204 of the Streets and <br />Highways Code. <br /> <br /> The improvement is generally described as follows: <br /> <br /> The improvement of a new street 900+ feet in length <br /> intersecting Stoneridge Mall Road 2100% feet north of <br /> Stoneridge Drive and referred to as Embarcadero Court <br /> including grading, paving, curbs, gutters, sidewalks, <br /> signing and striping, and landscaping. The installation <br /> of public utilities including a domestic water supply, <br /> sanitary sewers, storm drains, street lighting, <br /> underground electric, telephone and natural gas in <br /> Embarcadero Court and the necessary offsite extensions to <br /> serve the parcels shown on Tentative Parcel Map 4184. The <br /> district shall include the acquisition of all necessary <br /> interests in real property, together with all other <br /> improvements incidental thereto that may be required <br /> <br /> ORIGINAL <br /> <br /> <br />
