C. life Insurance. Fully paid premiums for life insurance with a value equal to twice the annual salary of the employee to a maximum coverage of one hundred thousand dollars. Seven days administrative leave per fiscal year not to be taken in conjunction with annual vacation and to be reimbursed twice each year, January and July, if not taken. Eligible management and confidential employees (except Fire Battalion Chiefs) shall be entitled to vacation with pay as follows: 1. One (1} through four (4) years of continuous service - ten (10} vacation days. 2. Five (5} through ten (10} years of continuous service - fifteen (15) vacation days. 3. Eleven (11) through eighteen (18) years of continuous service - twenty (20) vacation days. 4. Nineteen (19) years of continuous service and more - twenty-five (25) vacation days. 5.
