C. life Insurance. Fully paid premiums for life insurance with a value <br /> equal to twice the annual salary of the employee to a maximum <br /> coverage of one hundred thousand dollars. Additional life insurance <br /> coverage to be available at the expense of the employee. <br /> <br />D. tong Term Disability. Fully paid premiums for long term disability <br /> insurance. <br /> <br />E. Seven days administrative leave per fiscal year not to be taken in <br /> conjunction with annual vacation and to be reimbursed twice each <br /> year, January and July, if not taken. Fire Battalion Chiefs shall <br /> not be eligible for this benefit. <br /> <br />F. Vacation. Eligible management and confidential employees (except <br /> Fire Battalion Chiefs) shall be entitled to vacation with pay as <br /> follows: <br /> <br /> 1. One (1} through four (4) years of continuous service - <br /> ten (10} vacation days. <br /> 2. Five (5} through ten (10} years of continuous service - <br /> fifteen (15) vacation days. <br /> 3. Eleven (11) through eighteen (18) years of continuous <br /> service - twenty (20) vacation days. <br /> 4. Nineteen (19) years of continuous service and more - <br /> twenty-five (25) vacation days. <br /> 5. Payment of up to five (5) days accumulated vacation, said <br /> payment to be made at the end of the calendar year provided <br /> the employee's current year's vacation entitlement has been used <br /> and provided that the total amount of accumulated vacation <br /> is in excess of twenty (20) days). <br /> <br /> Eligible Fire Battalion Chiefs shall be entitled to vacation with pay <br /> as follows: <br /> <br /> 1. One (1) through five (5) years of continuous service - <br /> 6 shifts. <br /> <br /> 2. Six (6) through twelve (12} years of continuous service - <br /> 8 shifts. <br /> <br /> 3. Thirteen (13) through fifteen (15) years of continuous service - <br /> 10 shifts. <br /> <br /> 4. Sixteen (16) through seventeen (17) years of continuous service - <br /> 11 shifts. <br /> <br /> 5. Eighteen (18) years and over 12 shifts. <br /> <br />G. Payroll deduction for employees wishing to join and participate in <br /> City and County Credit Union. <br /> <br />H. Holidays. <br /> <br /> 1.
