Junipero Street and San Jose Drive from the contract, <br />subject to the following conditions: <br />1. That the developer be aware that the tentative <br />cancellation of the agricultural preserve contract <br />on the subject property does not constitute any <br />type of development plan approval by the City and <br />that any development of the property shall be <br />subject to the standard development review <br />procedures of the City. <br />2. That within one year of the effective date of this <br />tentative cancellation, the owner shall secure <br />final subdivision map approval for the entire <br />project. In the alternative, the owner may pay the <br />remaining cancellation fee on the property in the <br />amount of $2,575.00.
