Res. 1962
Page 15
64. That the developer shall have a Soils Engineer
on the site at all times during the construction
of all public improvements on the subject property.
65. That the developer shall provide abundant bike
storage facilities throughout the subject property
and shall agree to participate in the funding of
the construction of a bike path from West Las
Positas Boulevard to Stoneridge Drive with other
north Pleasanton developers.
66. That any business on the subject property which
employs over 100 employees shall institute a van
pool program and stagger work hours to reduce peak
traffic generation.
67. That bus stops and shelters shall be provided on
or adjacent to the subject property as needed.
68. That the developer shall dedicate that amount of
right-of-way necessary for six lane Stoneridge Drive
and a six lane Hopyard Road adjacent to the subject
property, plus all necessary turn-lanes - all as
indicated in drawings already submitted to the City
Engineer, with dedications subject to final approval
of the City Engineer. The newly designed road shall
be designed to minimize encroachment into the Val
Vista residential neighborhood (i.e. widening of
these two streets shall be on the north and east
as much as is feasible).
69. That the north terminus of Street B shall align
with the north/south street in the Reynolds and
Brown project. The final alignment shall be
determined by the City Engineer with appeal
directly to City Council.
70. That the developer shall agree to participate in
a noise study and in the financing of noise
mitigation measures deemed necessary by that
study for the protection of Val Vista area resi-
dents.
71. That all commercial structures shall be designed
so that interior noise levels shall not be higher
than 55 dBA Leq during business hours and that the
hotel shall be designed so that the interior noise
level will not be higher than 45 dBA Ldn.
