72. That all trucks serving the subject property shall <br />use the Hopyard Road access from I-580 to the max- <br />imum extent possible. <br />73. That because the subject property will be subdivided <br />and at least parts of it sold at a later date, the <br />ordinance approving case PUD-80-16, or an abstract <br />thereof, shall be recorded in the office of the <br />Alameda County Recorder so that it shall be clear <br />that all conditions of approval of this case run <br />with the land. <br />74. That the developer, subject to reasonable contri- <br />butions from other benefitted land owners, shall be <br />responsible for the following street improvements to <br />the satisfaction of the City Engineer: <br />1. Widening and reconstruction as necessary of <br />Hopyard Road and Stoneridge Drive adjacent <br />to this development. <br />2. Installation of traffic signals at Meyer Drive <br />and Hopyard Road, Stoneridge Drive and Denker <br />Drive. <br />3. Revision of the existing signal at Hopyard and <br />Stoneridge as necessary. <br />4. Future installation of a traffic signal at the <br />intersection of "A" Street and "B" Street. <br />75. That all frontage and internal public improvements for <br />this development shall be a single phase which may be <br />accomplished by an assessment district if approved by <br />the City Council. <br />76. That the developer shall agree to pay his fair share <br />of an economic analysis of the north Pleasanton area. <br />Total cost of said analysis to range in price between <br />$5,000-$20,000. <br />-16- <br />
