-z- WHEREAS, an Environmental Impact Report was prepared for this project and on May 13, 1981 a resolution accepting the Environmental Impact Report as complete and adequate was recommended for adoption; and WHEREAS, the EIR disclosed many possible significant adverse impacts, all of which could be mitigated and reduced to an insignificant level; and WHEREAS, cases GP-81-1 and GP-81-2 were considered at the same time since these proposals were found to be preferable to the Land Use Committee Recommendations 1, 2, 3, 7, and 9 relating to the same properties. NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: Section 1. The Planning Commission makes the following finding: That all significant adverse effects enumerated in the EIR have been eliminated or substantially lessened as indicated in the document entitled "Environmental Impact Findings," attached hereto as Exhibit A and by this reference incorporated herein. Section 2. The Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton concurs with the Land Use Review Committee and recommends approval of the following: No. 4 of the Land Use Committee Recommendations Change the San Francisco Water Department property located between Bernal Avenue, I-680 and the Western Pacific Railroad tracks from "Agriculture and Grazing or Industrial" to "Agriculture and Grazing." E. Vallecitos property not occupied by structures from "General and Limited Industrial" to "Agriculture and Grazing."
