Change the 9.3 acre parcel on the south side of Valley Avenue immediately west of the Amador shopping center from "Parks and Recreation" to "High Density Residential." The property totals approximately 40 acres in size; and Reduce the size of No. 13 above from 37-1/2 to 27-1/2 acres and if the southern BART route is deleted from - the General Plan, move the area in No. 13 above northward so that it occupies essentially that area along the south side of Bernal Avenue Extension between Sunol Boulevard and the Western Pacific Railroad tracks which is not shown on the General Plan as Public and Institutional (the BART station site).
