Page 3 <br />Res. 1985 <br />No. 10 of the Land Use Committee Recommendations <br />Change the easternmost 1.6 acres of the Tam Investment <br />Company property located at the northeast corner of <br />Hopyard Road and Valley Avenue from "Public and <br />Institutional" to "Commercial and Offices." <br />ROLL CALL VOTE <br />Motion: Commissioner Lindsey <br />Second: Commissioner Doherty <br />Ayes: Commissioners Doherty, Jamieson, Lindsey <br />and Vice Chairperson Getty <br />Noes: None <br />Absent: Chairperson Wilson <br />No. 11 and 12 of the Land Use Committee Recommendations <br />Change the two underdeveloped parcels totalling 8.6 <br />acres located on the north sidyof Valley Avenue <br />immediately west of the Valley Plaza shopping center <br />from "Medium Density Residential" to "High Density <br />Residential." <br />Change the 9.3 acre parcel on the south side of <br />Valley Avenue immediately west of the Amador shopping <br />center from "Parks and Recreation" to "High Density <br />Residential." <br />ROLL CALL VOTE <br />Motion: Commissioner Jamieson <br />Second: Commissioner Doherty <br />Ayes: Commissioners Doherty, Jamieson, Lindsey <br />and Vice Chairperson Getty <br />Noes: None <br />Absent: Chairperson Wilson <br />No. 13 of the Land Use Committee Recommendations <br />Change the Sunol Corporation Yard and Sewage Treatment <br />Plant site, the 20 acres of City owned land immediately <br />west of the sewage treatment plant and the 5 acre San <br />Francisco Water Department site north of the City pro- <br />perty from "Public and Institutional" and "General and <br />Limited Industrial" to "High Density Residential." The <br />property totals approximately 40 acres in size; and <br />Reduce the size of No. 13 above from 37-1/2 to 27-1/2 <br />acres and if the southern BART route is deleted from <br />- the General Plan, move the area in No. 13 above northward <br />so that it occupies essentially that area along the south <br />side of Bernal Avenue Extension between Sunol Boulevard <br />and the Western Pacific Railroad tracks which is not <br />shown on the General Plan as Public and Institutional <br />(the BART station site). <br />
