Res. 1809 <br />6. That the elevations of all houses to be constructed on <br />lots 1 through 10 shall be approved by the Planning <br />staff prior to issuance of building permits. <br />7. That a fence meeting City specifications shall be con- <br />structed along the southern property line between the <br />City park and subject property. <br />8. That the applicant shall submit as-built drawings of <br />the proposed development to the Fire Department for <br />approval. <br />9. That conditions relating to grading, drainage, dust <br />control, erosion control, location of utilities, etc. <br />shall be considered at the time of submittal of the <br />tentative map on the subject property. <br />10. That the developer pay any and all fees that the pro- <br />perty might be subject to. <br />11. That the haul route to the site be approved by the <br />City prior to construction. <br />12. That the following water conservation features be <br />included in each home: a) low flush water closets; <br />b) shower flow control heads; c) aerators in interior <br />faucets; and d) insulation of hot water lines. <br />13. That all trees used in landscaping be a minimum of 15 <br />gallons in size and all shrubs a minimum of 5 gallons. <br />14. That the applicant enter into an agreement with the <br />City approved by the City Attorney, which guarantees <br />that all landscaping included in the project will be <br />maintained in a healthful, attractive and weedfree <br />manner. Said agreement shall run with the land for <br />the duration of the existence of the structures located <br />on the subject property. <br />15. That the developer be aware that the project is subject <br />to the Residential Allocation Program (RAP) of the City <br />of Pleasanton and that no building permits can be issued <br />prior to allocation having been granted under the RAP. <br />16. That the developer be aware that this project will be <br />subject to additional requirements under the Fire Code. <br />The Fire Marshal should be contacted for further infor- <br />mation. <br />17. That the minimum livable area of any home on lots 1 <br />through 10 shall be 2,000 sq. ft. <br />18.
