required pursuant to City Resolution No. 86-111 and Municipal <br /> Code Section 18.20.110. <br /> <br /> 2. The City- shall be permitted to construct a road <br />extension and associated improvements of Owens Way to Johnson <br />Drive as shown in Exhibit "B" and complete street improvements, <br />as shown on drawings entitled "Temporary Off-Ramp 1-580 to <br />Johnson Drive, as shown in Exhibit "B", incorporated herein by <br />this reference. <br /> <br /> 3. The City shall pay to Delta a monthly rent of Six <br />Thousand Six Hundred Sixty-Seven Dollars ($6,667.00) per month <br />beginning on the date actual construction begins on the road <br />extension described in Paragraph 2. If construction has not <br />begun on or before September 1, 1986, the monthly rent shall <br />begin on said date and continue until all improvements have been <br />removed, except for the permanent storm drainage improvement, and <br />returned to original contours as the contours existed on the date <br />of this agreement is executed. <br /> <br /> 4. The City shall construct a permanent storm drainage <br />outlet for Parcel "1" as shown on Exhibit "A" to Alameda County <br />Flood Control and Water Conservation District - Zone 7, Line <br />G-l-1. The storm drainage outlet shall be built as shown on <br />final design drawings for Owens Drive road extension to Johnson <br />Drive as shown in Exhibit "B". <br /> <br /> 5. As a result of the increased volume of traffic directed <br />onto the local streets of Pleasanton Park, the City shall replace <br /> <br /> - 4 - <br /> <br /> <br />
