the interlocking paving on Johnson Drive which is damaged by the <br />increased traffic volumes rerouted onto these local streets. <br /> <br /> 6. Delta shall dedicate at no ,cost a parcel of real <br />property on the easterly side of Johnson Drive slip-ramp for <br /> <br />right-of-way as more particularly described in Exhibit "C", <br />attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference. <br /> <br /> 7. The length of time City suspends enforcement of Section <br />18.20.110 shall be from the date first appearing in this <br />agreement and City shall continue the suspension until the <br />improvements described in Paragraph 2 of this agreement have been <br />removed and property has been restored to a similar condition. <br />Restoration to similar condition shall be defined as removal of <br />all road improvements and associated improvements and returned to <br />original contour as existed on the date this agreement is <br />executed. <br /> <br /> 8. Delta's sewer connection permits, purchased on <br />November 27, 1984, from Dublin San Ramon Services District and <br />transferred to the City pursuant to an agreement between City and <br />Dublin San Ramon Services District, dated December 3, 1985 in <br />which 2.5 MGD expansion of sewer treatment plant capacity, shall <br />be extended for the same time period as the suspension of time <br />for enforcement of City ordinance 18.20.110 described in this <br />agreement. The current expiration date of November 27, 1987 <br />shall be extended only for the time described in Paragraph 7. <br />Delta shall have sixteen (16) months after the restoration <br /> <br /> - 5 - <br /> <br /> <br />
