expiration date for this sewer connection permit is November 27, <br /> 1987. <br /> <br /> E. City and Dublin San Ramon Services District executed an <br />agreement to transfer 2.5 MGD expansion of District sewer <br />treatment plant capacity on December 3, 1985. The transfer of <br />sewer treatment capacity applied to all developments within an <br />area in which Delta's Pleasanton Park is located and which also <br />transferred from DSRSD to City the rights and obligations Delta <br />received from the DSRSD permit. <br /> <br /> F. As a result of Hopyard Road/Dougherty Road/I-580 <br />interchange reconstruction, a temporary redesign of the street <br />pattern has been proposed for Pleasanton Park. It is mutually <br />recognized that the proposed temporary redesigned street pattern <br />will effectively preclude construction on Delta's real property, <br />particularly the development approved by Design Review approval <br />pursuant to Resolution No. 86-111. Resolution No. 86-111, dated <br />March 18, 1986, approved approximately 108,738 square feet of <br />office, retail, restaurant complex located in Pleasanton Park. <br /> <br /> G. As a result of the Hopyard Road/I-580 reconstruction and <br />temporary redesign of the street pattern, City seeks a right of <br />entry and temporary easement to construct the street and <br />associated facilities over a certain portion of Pleasanton Park <br />as shown on Exhibit "B", attached hereto and incorporated herein <br />by this reference. <br /> <br /> H. It is in the public interest that major <br />industrial/commercial development be well designed and properly <br /> <br /> - 2 - <br /> <br /> <br />
