That the residences be constructed to meet the <br />PGandE Energy Conservation Home Standards (PGandE <br />estimated that their standards could be met for <br />about $100 a home in 1976). <br />5. That notice of the beginning of construction of the <br />development be given to the residents living in <br />homes on the Del Valle Parkway one week in advance <br />of the start of earth moving activities. <br />6. That the haul route to the site be approved by <br />City staff and that a temporary haul road be used <br />on the site to minimize construction traffic on <br />the Del Valle Parkway adjacent to existing resi- <br />dences on that street. <br />7. That the precise location of the rear fence for <br />the home proposed on lot number 4 be subject to <br />final approval by the Director of Engineering <br />Services. <br />8. That all conditions contained in the memorandum <br />from the Director of Engineering Services, dated <br />April 4, 1977, be complied with except that <br />Condition S be modified as follows: "That the <br />trail system shown on the PUD development plan <br />be constructed by the developer at the time of <br />development of the subdivision, that this trail <br />system, in the areas where it does not abut <br />Harvest Circle, have a minimum clear width of <br />15 ft.; that the trail be paved for a minimum <br />width of 10 ft. with 2 inch A.C. over 5 inch A.B. <br />with soil sterilant except that where the trail <br />is adjacent to the roadway, it shall be paved <br />with 2" A.C. over 4" A.B., with soil sterilant; <br />that a 1 ft. minimum wide shoulder be constructed <br />on each side of the paving with a minimum section <br />of 5" A.B.; that an additional 3 ft. clear space <br />be maintained between the edge of the shoulder <br />and the top of the Arroyo bank; and that the <br />precise location of the trail be approved by the <br />Director of Engineering Services." <br />-2- <br />
