PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1511 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF <br />THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RECOMMENDING TO THE <br />CITY COUNCIL APPROVAL OF A PLANNED UNIT <br />DEVELOPMENT FOR MORRISON HOMES FILED UNDER <br />PUD-77-2. <br />WHEREAS, Morrison Homes has applied for a planned unit <br />development for that property located on the south <br />side of the Del Valle Parkway immediately east <br />of Hopyard Road; and <br />WHEREAS, three previous submittals were filed for this <br />property; and <br />WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on April 13, 1977, for <br />this most recent submittal; and <br />WHEREAS, at that hearing pertinent testimony, documents, maps <br />and reports were reviewed by the Planning Commission; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission made the finding that the <br />proposal is in conformance with the General Plan and <br />meets the requirements of the Planned Unit Development <br />Ordinance. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. The Planning Commission recommends to the City <br />Council the adoption of PUD-77-2, subject to the <br />following conditions: <br />1. That the development be substantially as shown <br />on the development plan, Exhibit A; Home Elevations, <br />Exhibit B; and the cross-section of Harvest Circle <br />attached to the Director of Engineering Services <br />Memorandum, dated April 4, 1977. <br />2. That the developer's contractor obtain an encroach- <br />ment'permit from the City prior to the beginning <br />of construction. <br />3. That the site be kept free from fire hazards <br />from the start of construction to final inspection <br />and that the Fire Division emergency number be <br />provided adjacent to all telephones on the site. <br />
