This report represents consideration by the Engineering Services Department and Fire Department and does not include any comment from other City departments or interested outside agencies. Street Geometries The street geometries shown on this man conform to the adopted plan line, the subdivision ordinance and are acceptable as shoc~n. Tkae street section shown is the standard 120 ft. parkway wh~.ch wi.].1 ultimately provide two through lanes and one narking lane in ee.ch direction. The developer will also be required to use a soil sterilent in the ~=redeveloped center portion of the street. 8" Sanitary Sewer and 12" Water System These systems are extensions of existing planned installations and are acceptable to the department. Approval should be withheld pending final design. Storm Drainage System Storm drain inlets will be provided in Del Valle Parkway and runoff from the street gutters will be carried to an outfall structure in the Arroyo del Val].e by means of storm drains located in an easement through Lots 1 and 2.
