That notice of the beginning of construction of <br />the development be given to the residents living <br />in homes on the Del Valle Parkway one week in ad- <br />vance of the start of earth moving activities. <br />7. That the haul route to the'site be approved by City <br />staff and that a temporary haul road be used on the <br />site to minimize construction traffic on the Del <br />Valle Parkway adjacent to existing residences on <br />that street. <br />8. That all conditions contained in the memorandum <br />from the Director of Engineering Services, dated <br />April 6, 1977, attached hereto as reference, be <br />complied with. <br />9. That the developer install street frontage improve- <br />ments per ordinance to the satisfaction of the <br />Director of Engineering Services. These improve- <br />ments to include, but are not necessarily limited <br />to, grading, water facilities, street lighting, <br />underground utilities, traffic control devices, <br />curb and gutter, sidewalk, and sanitary sewer fac- <br />ilities. <br />SECTION 2.
