PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON COUNTY OF ALAMEDA STATE OF CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 1515 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON APPROVING TENTATIVE TRACT MAP #3824. WHEREAS, Darwin Datwyler has applied for approval of a tentative tract map filed under #3824, said property comprising approximately 2.6 acres of land located roughly south- east of the dwellings located in the vicinity of the Del Valle Parkway and Harvest Road into seven separate lots; and WHEREAS, zoning for the property is RM-2000 (Multiple Residential) District; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission, on April 13, 1977, held a hearing on this application and received all pertinent information, materials, documents and testimony; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission finds that none of the conditions specified in Government Code Section 68474 as grounds for denial of a tentative subdivision map, are present here. NOW, THEREFORE, the Planning Commission resolves as follows: SECTION 1. The Planning Commission approves Tentative Tract Map No. 3824, subject to the following conditions: 1. That the development be substantially as shown on Tentative Map Tract 3824 on file with the Planning Department. 2. That approval of this case is conditioned upon approval of Case V-77-5 and any conditions which may be attached thereto by the Board of Adjustment. 3. That the developer's contractor obtain an encroach- ment permit from the City prior to the beginning of construction. 4. That the site be kept free of fire hazard from the start of construction to final inspection and that the Fire Division emergency number be provided adjacent to all telephones on the site. 5. That all residences constructed on the subject property meet P.G.&E. Energy Conservation Home -1-
