PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1515 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF <br />THE CITY OF PLEASANTON APPROVING TENTATIVE <br />TRACT MAP #3824. <br />WHEREAS, Darwin Datwyler has applied for approval of a tentative <br />tract map filed under #3824, said property comprising <br />approximately 2.6 acres of land located roughly south- <br />east of the dwellings located in the vicinity of the <br />Del Valle Parkway and Harvest Road into seven separate <br />lots; and <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is RM-2000 (Multiple Residential) <br />District; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission, on April 13, 1977, held a <br />hearing on this application and received all pertinent <br />information, materials, documents and testimony; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission finds that none of the conditions <br />specified in Government Code Section 68474 as grounds <br />for denial of a tentative subdivision map, are present <br />here. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the Planning Commission resolves as follows: <br />SECTION 1. The Planning Commission approves Tentative Tract Map <br />No. 3824, subject to the following conditions: <br />1. That the development be substantially as shown on <br />Tentative Map Tract 3824 on file with the Planning <br />Department. <br />2. That approval of this case is conditioned upon <br />approval of Case V-77-5 and any conditions which <br />may be attached thereto by the Board of Adjustment. <br />3. That the developer's contractor obtain an encroach- <br />ment permit from the City prior to the beginning <br />of construction. <br />4. That the site be kept free of fire hazard from the <br />start of construction to final inspection and <br />that the Fire Division emergency number be provided <br />adjacent to all telephones on the site. <br />5. That all residences constructed on the subject <br />property meet P.G.&E. Energy Conservation Home <br />-1- <br />
