5. 6 That all dwelling units be constructed to meet the P.G.&E. Energy Conservation Home Standards promulgated by P.G.&E. in 1976. That the following water conserving plumbing fixtures be installed in all dwelling units: 1. Low flush water closets. 2. Shower flow control heads. 3. Aerators in interior faucets. 4. Insulation of hot water lines. 7. That the developer submit a detailed landscape plan showing number, location, size and name of all plants to the Planning Department for approval prior to is- suance of a building permit. 8. That the developer install street trees as required per ordinance and that the type of tree be approved by the Director of Engineering Services. 9. That any damage to street improvements now existing or done during construction on the subject property be repaired at full expense to the developer. 10. That all utilities required to serve this development be installed underground. 11. That the street numbers of all buildings be posted in such a manner to be easily read from the street at all times, day and night. 12. That all trees used in landscaping be a minimum of 15 gallons in size and all shrubs a minimum of 5 gallons. 13. That the developer submit a building permit survey and a site development plan in accordance with the Survey Ordinance (Article 3, Chapter 3, Title II) and that these plans be approved by the Director of Engineering Services prior to the issuance of a building permit. 14. That the site development plan include all information required to design and construct site grading, paving and drainage. 15. That the paving sections for the parking and drive areas be designed on the basis of an "R" Value and a Traffic Index to carry the anticipated traffic loads. The design shall be subject to the approval of the Director of Engineering Services. 16. The minimum paving section shall be 2" A.C. on 5" A.B. the minimum paving slope shall be 18. -2-
