b. The District shall provide the City with schedules <br /> for major campus events, including those of an academic, <br /> athletic, and other extra curricular nature. City shall provide <br /> booking information relating to the Theater to the District. <br /> Both parties will provide such information upon request as soon <br /> as such information becomes available. Both parties will <br /> cooperate to minimize avoidable conflicts. <br /> <br /> The City shall adopt rules of use which accommodate to <br />the'extent feasible the efficient operation of the Amador campus. <br />As an example, truck loading and unloading at the Theater can be <br />scheduled to minimize interference during regular school hours. <br /> <br /> 5. Operational Costs: City Responsibility. <br /> <br /> a. City shall pay for ongoing repair and maintenance <br />costs relating to the Theater building, including theater <br />equipment, lobbies, seats, windows, floor covering, building <br />light, painting and air conditioning and heating equipment <br />located within or upon the Theater. <br /> <br /> b. City shall pay for any part-time or full-time <br />personnel necessary for scheduling, management and related <br />administrative tasks. <br /> <br /> c. City shall provide basic custodial services, <br />including basic custodial services for those times when District <br />has scheduled events in the Theater. District may be charged for <br />custodial service and repair costs beyond basic needs. <br /> <br /> d. The City shall provide liability insurance for <br />injury to persons within the area controlled by the City. Said <br />insurance shall be provided in accordance with standard policy <br />limits and levels of self-insured retention which apply to other <br />similar operations of the City. The City will hold harmless, <br />indemnify and defend the District for injury to persons within <br />the area controlled by the City based upon dangerous condition of <br />public property. <br /> <br /> e. The District shall provide liability insurance for <br />injury to persons within the area controlled by the District - <br />basically all areas outside the theater including the adjacent <br />parking areas. Said insurance shall be provided in accordance <br />with standard policy limits and levels of self-insured retention <br />which apply to other similar operations of the District. The <br />District will hold harmless, indemnify and defend the City for <br />injury to persons within the area controlled by the District <br />based upon dangerous condition of public property. <br /> <br /> f. The City shall be responsible for the telephone <br />system within the Theater. <br /> <br /> g. The City shall be responsible for fire insurance <br />costs as provided in subsection 6(b). <br /> <br /> - 3 - <br /> <br /> <br />
