and catch basins along Bernal Avenue. Storm drain laterals will <br />be of sufficient size to accommodate anticipated storm drain <br />flows from the street catch basins but need not be designed to <br />accommodate on site drainage from development of the Auf der Maur <br />parcel. Upon completion of the storm drain portion of the Proj- <br />ect, Landowner shall pay to City the amount by which the cost of <br />the Bernal Avenue manholes, laterals and catch basins exceeds <br />$25,000.00. <br /> <br /> e. Water Line. In conjunction with the construction <br />of Bernal Avenue, Landowner will include a water line connection <br />from the water line in the existing Stanley Boulevard to the ex- <br />isting water line in Bernal Avenue at Del Valle Parkway. This <br />line shall be of a size determined necessary by the Director of <br />Public Works for the City. However, the marginal cost of sizing <br />the water line larger than twelve inches shall be split equally <br />by City and Landowner. City shall make payment after the water <br />line has been installed upon receipt of an invoice with cost <br />verification. <br /> <br /> 5. Signalization. <br /> <br /> a. Valley/Bernal and Stanley Boulevard Intersection. <br />In conjunction with the first discretionary project approval by <br />the City on the Auf der Maur Parcel, the developer would normally <br />be requested to participate in the cost of signalization of the <br />Valley/Bernal and Stanley Boulevard Intersection. To resolve the <br />timing and extent of the Landowner's participation in the cost of <br />that signal, the parties hereto agree that in conjunction with <br /> <br /> - 6 - <br /> <br /> <br />
