Final <br /> plan pending. <br />City Council approval of overall project Pending <br />concept including financing strategy, <br />ownership, and preliminary facility design. <br />At its meeting of July 16, 2007 the Task Force reviewed potential site plans and <br />selected one which can serve as the basis for refinement. However, prior to proceeding <br />with adding detail and overall plan refinement, the Task Force recommended the Parks <br />and Recreation Commission weigh in on the selected option with the goal of providing <br />feedback to assist with preparation of the final concept site plan. At its meeting of <br />October 11, 2007 the Commission provided the required feedback and the Task Force <br />approved the conceptual site plan modifications in March 2008. To assure that the <br />Task Force and Parks and Recreation Commission were in agreement, the Commission <br />reviewed and approved the recommended site plan in April of this year. Minutes from <br />the Parks and Recreation Commission meetings are included as Attachment 6. <br />This Conceptual site plan includes 150 total units in two and three story buildings with <br />vehicular access from both Vineyard Avenue and Kottinger Drive without through traffic. <br />Some of the key elements of this plan are as follows: <br />Page 3 of 8 <br />
