Forms: At the time of application for a Grading <br />Permit, the contractor, developer or engineer must complete <br />the Private Development form and the Memorandum from <br />Engineering Services to the Chief Building Inspector form, <br />both attached as Exhibits "A" and "B" to this manual. <br /> <br />F. Statement of Dust Control and Cleanup'IOperations: The <br />contractor or developer must submit a written statement <br />outlining their plan for dust control and cleaning of public <br />rights-of-way during construction, and stating that they <br />realize that they are responsible for such action. <br /> <br />G. Professional Signature: Grading and Utility Plans must <br />be signed by an Architect or a Civil Engineer. <br /> <br />H. City Signature Block: A signature block for the City <br />Engineer's signature must appear on the Grading and Utility <br />Plan. The signature block must state whether the plan is <br />being approved for Grading only or for full construction. <br />The sheet numbers of the Site, Grading and Utility, Erosion <br />Control, (if necessary), Landscape and Irrigation Plans must <br />be listed in the Signature block.
