D. One (1) copy of the Erosion Control Calculations. <br /> <br /> E. One (1) copy of the Hydrology Map. <br /> <br /> The Engineering Department will not begin checking any of <br /> the plans or calculations unless all of the items are <br /> included in the submittal. <br /> <br /> Upon completion of first plan check, the Engineering <br /> Department will return to the submittor one set of red-lined <br /> prints and calculations if any changes must be made to the <br /> plans or calculations. If there are changes to be made, two <br /> prints of any plan sheet so revised must be resubmitted, <br /> along with the City check print. <br /> <br /> When the plans and calculations are in order for City <br /> approval, the original drawing containing the City <br /> Engineer's signature block (see signature blocks on page 9 <br /> of this manual) must be signed by the Architect/Engineer who <br /> prepared the plan before the City Engineer will sign it. It <br /> should be noted that no part of the proposed onsite water <br /> system may be shown on the plan at this stage. <br /> <br /> Additionally, a completed application for Grading Permit <br /> (which are available from the Engineering Department) must <br /> be submitted along with the Grading Permit Fee (See page 8 <br /> of this manual and Exhibits "A" & "B"). <br /> <br /> After the City Engineer has signed the plan, three full size <br /> prints of the approved plan must be submitted. <br /> <br /> At this point, the Building Department will issue a Grading <br /> Permit. <br /> <br />For Final Site Approval: <br /> <br />As part of the required package for first plan check to the <br />Building Department, the following items must be included for <br />review by the Engineering Department. Any items which may have <br />been submitted for the Grading Permit need not be resubmitted if <br />they contain no new information. <br /> <br /> 1. Two (2) complete sets of prints of the Site Plan, <br /> Grading and Utility Plan, Landscape Planting and <br /> Irrigation Plan, Erosion Control Plan (if necessary) <br /> and Street Improvement Plan (if necessary). One (1) <br /> extra print of the Grading and Utility Plan. <br /> <br /> 2. One (1) copy of the Soils Investigation. <br /> <br /> <br />
