3. One (1) copy of the Hydrology Map. <br /> <br /> 4. One (1) copy of the Hydrology and Hydraulic <br /> Calculations. <br /> <br /> 5. One (1) copy of the Erosion Control Calculations. <br /> <br />Again, the Engineering Department will not begin plan checking <br />unless all of these items are included in the submittal. <br /> <br />As with the Grading Permit approval process, the Engineering <br />Department will return a set of red-lined plans and/or <br />calculations after first plan check if any revisions are needed. <br />Additionally, they will return a letter outlining inspection <br />fees, hazard control bond, and final copies of plans whichmust be <br />submitted prior to approval of the plans by the City Engineer. <br /> <br />The second submittal, if necessary, must include: <br /> <br /> 1. Two (2) new sets of prints of the Site Plan, <br /> Grading and Utility Plan, Landscape and Irrigation Plan <br /> and Erosion Control Plan, revised per the first check <br /> comments. <br /> <br /> 2. The red-lined prints which were returned to the <br /> submittor after first plan check. <br /> <br /> 3. One (1) set of revised calculations, if revisions <br /> were necessary. <br /> <br /> 4. One (1) copy of the Engineer's Estimate of Site <br /> Improvement Costs. Costs must be separated by Onsite <br /> (Private) from Offsite (Public), if offsite <br /> improvements are involved. At the discretion of the <br /> City Engineer, the estimate need not be itemized. A <br /> non-itemized estimate will only- be auceptable when <br /> actual construction bids or contracts are presented <br /> supporting the proposed costs of improvements. <br /> <br /> After their review, the Engineering Department will then <br /> notify the submittor that plans are approved and that they <br /> should submit the original drawing which Contains the City <br /> Engineer's Signature Block for signature by the City <br /> Engineer or that a second check set is ready for pickup. <br /> <br /> Again, when the plans and calculations are in order for City <br /> approval, the original drawing containing the City <br /> Engineer's signature block must be submitted, having been <br /> signed by the Engineer/Architect who prepared them. <br /> <br /> <br />
