Task 1-1.2: Monitoring <br /> <br /> Monitor progress regarding budget and schedule. Provide <br /> status reports and billings on a monthly basis. <br /> <br /> Task 1-1.3: Management <br /> <br /> Manage the work efforts and coordinate the activities of <br /> the project team. Provide work plans, schedules, <br /> budgets, and direction regarding project-goals and <br /> policy. Establish standards regarding product quality, <br /> format, presentation, graphics, and content. <br /> Disseminate information, direct team efforts, coordinate <br /> work tasks and outside contacts. <br /> <br /> Task 1-1.4: Coordination <br /> <br /> Coordinate with the City in scheduling and conducting <br /> project coordination and review meetings. Provide <br /> agenda items, presentation material and reports. Make <br /> presentations, participate in discussions, and prepare <br /> meeting minutes and other followup data. <br /> <br /> Schedule and conduct meetings with the City, Caltrans, <br /> FHWA, and other affected agencies and organizations <br /> required to obtain data, perform project work, expedite <br /> reviews, and accomplish project requirements. <br /> <br /> Task 1-1.5: Quality Control <br /> <br /> Review technical work for accuracy and completeness. <br /> Edit written material for grammatical correctness, <br /> consistency in format, graphic presentation, and <br /> references. Review engineering study drawings with <br /> respect to conformance with Caltrans standards. Monitor <br /> the overall process for conformance with Calt~ans, FHWA, <br /> and City requirements. <br /> <br />TASK 1-2: PRELIMINARY DESIGN STUDIES <br /> <br />The purpose of this task is to assemble and review existing data, <br />obtain new field data, define the overall project, and prepare <br />interchange design reference drawings. Much of the available <br />data for the Stoneridge Interchange was assembled during Task <br />Order 1, Project Report and Environmental Assessment. However, <br />additional field data is necessary to accurately define and <br />develop the design parameters for the project.
