Hammort 3 February 6, 1986 <br /> <br /> Continuous American Appraisal Service(R) <br /> <br /> With your selection of Continuous American appraisal <br /> Service(R), we will provide annual updated reports under <br /> our Continuous Service Agreement. We will furnish <br /> continuous appraisal service as follows: <br /> <br /> 1. This service will include annual update of the computer <br /> data file, based upon City prepared reports of <br /> additions, transfers and dispositions of property. <br /> <br /> 2. AAAI will provide a property record maintenance manual <br /> and the necessary forms and instructions for data <br /> reporting. <br /> <br /> 3. Annually scheduled reports will comprise those selected <br /> from the list provided above. <br /> <br /> 4. In the event of a fire loss or other property damage <br /> covered by insurance, A3~AI will furnish upon request: <br /> <br /> a Consultation service and general inspection if <br /> required, of the damaged area as a basis of <br /> formulating procedures and preparing appraisal <br /> values for the subscriber's use in the loss <br /> adjustment. <br /> <br /> b) Revised Insurance Summary Report on the appraised <br /> property, if required, as of the date of loss, <br /> based upon the initial appraisal and subsequent <br /> reports of property changes, for assistance in <br /> checking the adequacy of insurance coverage. <br /> <br /> c Prepare a detailed revised report for property <br /> reflecting insurable values at the time of loss. <br /> All other classifications within the report would <br /> be revised to the extent possible consistent with <br /> the form of the initial appraisal and unusual <br /> conditions existent after the fire. Such reports <br /> would include the property contained in the damaged <br /> area and would be based upon the initial appraisal <br /> and subsequent reports of changes. <br /> <br /> d Recommendations for such further special services, <br /> as may be required and authorized, at additional <br /> charges, are provided in the first clause below. <br /> <br /> <br />
