Features and benefits of the program would be <br /> described in the AIP proposal. <br /> <br /> Our AIP software system is designed for installation on IBM <br /> mainframe hardware. We understand the City of Pleasanton <br /> has an HP/3000 Series 42 mainframe. Accordingly, to <br /> install our system on the HP mainframe, the City would make <br /> an in-house conversion. Our data processing programmers <br /> are available as required, at prevailing per diems plus <br /> expenses, to assist in the conversion. <br /> <br /> With your selection of the AIP software we will provide the <br /> City a magnetic tape of the masterfile inventory for <br /> loading into the system. The City will perpetuate the <br /> property record through update procedures implemented <br /> during the installation of the system. <br /> <br /> <br />
