Hammon -4- February 5, 1986 <br /> <br /> The services of our representatives will be available to <br /> assist in the verification and preparation of property <br /> changes; for consultation regarding property records, <br /> depreciation and maintenance policy; for the appraisal of <br /> unreported or complicated alterations and additions, and <br /> such other special appraisal service as may be required. <br /> The charge for this service would be on the basis of <br /> standard per diem rates and expenses for the type of <br /> personnel assigned. <br /> <br /> At the expiration of any year of service, upon written <br /> notice of either party, this service may be discontinued or <br /> the fee adjusted in the proportion to the increase or <br /> decrease in the property or service provided. <br /> <br /> XV FEES <br /> <br /> Our fees for the services proposed, inclusive of <br /> out-of-pocket, commutation, and living expenses, will be: <br /> <br /> :' Initial appraisal $21,800 <br /> 'i Tagging $ 2,000 <br /> k. Continuous American Appraisal Service(R) $ 2,200 <br /> <br /> Asset Information Program (AIP) Software $ 8,500 <br /> (Assistance in the Conversion at <br /> Prevailing Per Diems Plus Expenses) <br /> <br /> Customized Indices to Develop Current $ 1,500 <br /> Values for AIP Software Annually <br /> <br /> Our fee for the initial appraisal will be payable as billed <br /> during the course of the work. <br /> <br /> XVI SCHEDULE <br /> <br /> We anticipate our field activities will begin in April or <br /> May. Reports will be provided prior to August 1, 1986. <br /> <br /> <br />
