Parties and Date. <br /> <br /> This Agreement is entered into this day of <br /> <br /> , 1986, by and between the County of Alameda, the <br /> City of Pleasanton and the Dublin San Ramon Services District, <br /> public agencies of the State of California (collectively, the <br /> "Tri-Valley Wastewater Agencies")',. as individual public entities <br /> which mutually promise and agree as hereinafter set forth. <br /> III. PurpOse. <br /> <br /> The Dublin San Ramon Services District, on behalf of the <br /> Tri-Valley Wastewater Agencies, contracted in August, 1983 with <br /> Brown and Caldwell, consulting engineers, for the preparation a <br /> plan for wastewater reclamation for the San Ramon Valley and, in <br /> December, 1983, with CH2M Hill, consulting engineers, for the <br /> preparation of a wastewater management planning study for said <br /> Valley. The planning efforts were required to identify the most <br /> desirable and cost-effective plan to provide wastewater <br /> treatment, transmission and disposal facilities with adequate <br /> capacity for future needs of the Tri-Valley Wastewater Agencies. <br /> The Tri-Valley Wastewater Agencies have received the foregoing <br /> <br /> <br />
