ATTACHMENT 10 <br />September 27, 2007 <br />Aman & Tee Bawa <br />2632 Ingrid Court <br />Pleasanton, CA 94566 <br />Re: Approval for Second Dwelling <br />Dear Homeowners: <br />Thank you for the time you have taken in regard to revising the dimensions of your <br />second dwelling after meeting and hearing neighbor comments. The Vineyard Hill of <br />Pleasanton Architectural Committee has been involved in the entire process and realizes <br />the major concessions you have made which are outlined below. <br />Your second dwelling, cottage, has been approved in its original location as indicated on <br />your original plan dated 09/23/06 as well as your revised plan. The maximum allowable <br />dimensions for your second dwelling have been revised as follows: the total square <br />footage is approved as originally stated at 700 square feet and the maximum roof height <br />has been approved at 13 feet (13'). Per discussions between the neighbors, yourselves, <br />and the Architectural Committee, a final revised height of 12 feet, 3 inches (12'3") has <br />been agreed upon. <br />In addition to the above, the following has also been reviewed and approved: As part of <br />the concessions you have made in order to ease the concerns of your neighbors, you have <br />agreed to lower the upper patio, upon which the second dwelling will sit, one foot (12"). <br />In accordance with your revised plans and request for a patio cover which will extend off <br />of the second dwelling, the Architectural Committee has approved you for a patio cover <br />with a maximum square footage of 250 square feet. <br />Please ensure that all of the revised specifications are adhered to.
