Finebergs to remove complaint re: PUD-99-9-2M/PADR-1762, Aman and Tee Bawa Page 1 of 1 <br />Steve Otto <br />From: Fineberg, Steve (US -San Jose) _ _ <br />Sent: Thursday, September 27, 2007 11:31 PM <br />To: Steve Otto <br />Cc: <br />Subject: Finebergs to remove complaint re: PUD-99-9-2M/PADR-1762, Aman and Tee Bawa <br />Hi Steve, <br />I understand you have received (or will be soon receiving) an approval letter from Tami Santiago of <br />our Architecture Committee approving the Bawa's revised plans for: <br />- 700 sf dwelling <br />- 12'3" max roof height <br />- 250 sf covered patio <br />- an additional modification to have the foundation/pad level of the dwelling lowered by 1' from the <br />previous plans <br />We would like to let you know that Jenni and I are fully supportive of these revised plans and will <br />remove our complaint with the city. <br />These revised plans reflect what our Architecture Committee have determined to be reasonable for <br />our neighborhood and all the parties involved.
