ROLL CALL <br />Commissioners Present: Commissioners Mary Jane Casper, Meribeth Detweiler, Anne Kennedy, <br />David Lambert, Don Wilson, and Chairperson David Lambert. <br />(Commissioner David Nagler arrived at 7:12 p.m.) <br />Commissioners Absent: Commissioner Theresa Rowland and Art Tenbrink <br />Staff Present: Kathleen Yurchak, Community Services Manager, Scott Erickson, Housing <br />Specialist, and Edith Caponigro, Recording Secretary. <br />3. AGENDA AMENDMENTS <br />There were none. <br />4. MINUTES <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Detweiler, seconded by Commissioner Casper, to approve the <br />minutes of the February 6, 2008. The motion was approved. <br />5. MATTERS INITIATED BY MEMBERS OF THE AUDIENCE <br />There were none. <br />6. PUBLIC HEARINGS <br />A.
