Resolution No. PC-87-110 <br />10/14/87 <br />4. That approval of this case is subject to all <br />conditions contained in the report from the City <br />Engineer, dated October 14, 1987 attached hereto <br />and made part of this case by reference. <br />5. That the proposed grading plan for Lots 6 and 7 and <br />the stub street be revised to minimize the need for <br />retaining walls and to raise the road grade to a <br />level that is closer to the natural grade of the <br />adjacent parcel to the north. The final grading <br />plan shall be submitted for review and approval by <br />the Planning Director prior to recordation of the <br />final map. <br />6. That the applicant be responsible for completing <br />the necessary off-site grading to the rear yards of <br />Lots 6 through 10 of Tract 5749 in order to match <br />pad elevations of the subject tract map. <br />7. That the applicant install additional concrete <br />V-ditches to the rear of Lots 21, 22 and 23 and <br />revise the location of the proposed V-ditch for Lot <br />17. <br />8. That the final landscape plan include a street tree <br />species that is acceptable to the City Engineer. <br />Section 2.
